Red Bull Team Principal experienced an unforgettable “first-ever” dinner on the circuit. has taken over Nevada, and the organizers have spared no effort in putting up a dazzling show for the teams.
‘The Entertainment Capital of the World,’ is gearing up for its second F1 race, following the phenomenal success of its inaugural year, returning to the calendar after a 41-year hiatus. The glamour and excitement that come with Formula One’s arrival in Las Vegas is expected to reach new heights if clinches the World Championship for the fourth consecutive time in Saturday night’s race.
However, the festivities kicked off even before the Practice sessions commenced, with F1 team principals invited to an exclusive dining experience set on the start/finish line of the track streaking through the iconic Strip.
A candle-lit dinner was laid out along the racetrack as Horner shared the unique dining setup opposite principal Fred Vasseur and alongside other team bosses. Horner expressed to Sky Sports his amazement at such an occasion, which he had never encountered across his 19-year tenure at the helm of since their introduction into the series.
“It’s the first time I’ve ever had dinner on the start/finish straight before,” Horner lauded about the unique opportunity. “Racing down the strip in Las Vegas is something we could have only dreamt about a few years ago for that to now be a reality.”

“We saw a great race here last year, one of the best races of the year last season. I think if it delivers something like that (this year’s race) then that would be truly special,” Horner added.
Las Vegas Grand Prix Chief Executive Renee Wilm, who sat next to Horner, was congratulated on producing such an incredible sight. “This is just incredible, to see everyone come together working to make the Las Vegas Grand Prix as incredible as it can be,” Wilm said.
