Jamie showcased her transformation with before and after snaps, clarifying that she wasn’t “in bad shape” to begin with, but post-challenge, she not only “shed a layer” of fat but also gained considerable muscle mass.

For her daily double workouts, Jamie often chose “pilates” followed by a “45 minute walk”, shunning more strenuous exercises.

Regarding her nutrition, she confessed to focusing on high protein intake and minimising dining out. When she did eat out, Jamie made sure to select healthier options.

Jamie revealed that she reduced her running and increased her walking, which she believes made a significant difference. She also credited her diet rich in protein for helping her to “put on muscle” and keeping her “full throughout the day”, preventing unhealthy snacking.

She further attributed her improved wellbeing to her high water intake, stating she was “always really hydrated”. Jamie noted that her skin is generally good, but she didn’t experience any breakouts during her challenge due to her hydration levels.

Additionally, she felt more satisfied as the water kept her full throughout the day. Encouraging others to try it, Jamie said, “do it”, viewing it as a “little health reset”.

In response to a query in the comments about why walking was better than running, another user explained, “It’s a lower cortisol workout”.

Her efforts were applauded by fellow TikTokers, with one saying: “Yesss for the bomb results and consistency”, and another declaring: “Ah you’ve inspired me! Starting tomorrow”.
