Royal fans all say the same thing as Prince William set to appear in new ITV documentary

Royal fans are all saying the same thing about Prince William after a trailer for was released on Saturday.

In a clip discussing the new programme, titled “: We Can End Homelessness”, the future King has said he wants to challenge homelessness, which is something people see everyday in the UK.

This idea will be explored further in the programme, which will consist of two one hour specials that will give fans a behind the scenes look at the first year of the Homewards project,

The new trailer, which was posted to the official Prince and Princess of Wales account on October 5, has been met with a number of comments from royal fans who have all been saying the same thing. In the short clip, the prince, 42, is wearing a light blue shirt as he discusses what inspired his initiative.

The video received thousands of likes and comments, with many people picking up on how similar the dad-of-three looks to his late

One fan wrote: “He looks like his mom. It’s not fading in the slightest.”

Another said: “He looks like his mother, same way to talk. She would be so proud.”

Royal fans were also quick to notice how the prince shares similar mannerisms and values with Diana, who dedicated most of her royal work to trying to improve the lives of the less fortunate in society.

One fan wrote: “Would be making his mother so proud, HRH honours her well.”

Another said: “Homewards in particular shows us how humble William really is and that’s the biggest reason why I’ve admired him for so many years. As a fan and admirer, I’m proud of everything His Royal Highness has done.”

The new programme has been produced by legendary filmmaker Louis Theroux’s Mindhouse productions. It has been directed by BAFTA winner Leo Burley and executive produced by Arron Fellows.

Burley said: “Over the past year we have spent time following and The Royal Foundation through the first year of the Homewards programme. We’ve heard some incredibly moving stories from people across the country facing homelessness. From street homelessness in Newport, to families living in temporary accommodation in Sheffield, and youth homelessness in Aberdeen, the documentary paints a picture of homelessness across the UK today, working with many people who never expected to experience life without a place to call home. Everyone we’ve filmed with has welcomed the spotlight that and Homewards are placing on the UK’s homelessness crisis.”

The programme is set to air on ITV and ITVX this autumn.
