Bob MacIntyre was left frustrated with Rory McIlroy at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship
Bob MacIntyre gave an almighty stare after being left frustrated by his PGA Tour rival at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship. Playing in the group ahead of McIlroy, MacIntyre was preparing to putt for a birdie on the par-four 14th hole.
As the home favourite began to line up his putt, McIlroy smashed a monster drive along the fairway before his ball came to a stop on the green. The hole, which is 390 yards in length, was playing downhill and downwind which helped McIlroy to gain some extra distance.MacIntyre was clearly frustrated at being disturbed by McIlroy’s tee shot and turned around before flashing a stern glare in his direction. He continued to stand still while McIlroy’s playing partner Billy Horschel also fired away, missing the green to the left.
