Amazon’s next Prime Day sale is approaching and we’ve already spoted a hard-to-beat deal on Google’s Fitbit Sense 2 model.

The fitness tracking smartwatch – packed with all the gps, heart monitoring, and step-counting specs- is now much cheaper to buy.

Don’t miss…

A whole than its usual £269.99 price, the Prime retailer is offering the iOS and Android compatible model for £178.99. When you look up prices of the newest Apple Watch Series 10 or Galaxy Watch 7 the price feels world’s away, and despite its rather affordable tag it doesn’t scrimp too dramatically on features either.

Packed with nifty hidden gps sensors this is able to track wearer’s route, pace, and distance when exercising – or simply tracking your lunch break steps. It’s heart rate monitoring also has the ability to ping if it picks up a potentially irregular heartbeat.

Of course there’s the lifestyle aspect of wearing a smartwatch too and the draw of being in tapping distance away from the pings of your social media, texts and calls. There’s strong Bluetooth (a basic nessesity let’s be honest), fast charging, gps, water resistance up to 50 metres and it supposedly charges fast.

comes as Google (yes the still own Fitbit) make updates to its stress management, mindfulness and mood sections of the users app. The now upgraded 4.26.1 version of the app is said to be more easy to navigate for users, with different stat sections now added.

However, a downside to Fitbit (and Pixel Watch’s) is its usual Premium subscription price you’ll need to pay to use the features to the fullest. Amazon will currently cover this cost for you for 6-months which means exclusive workouts, and stat insights will be free…for now.

Of course, the brand is a rival model to Google’s other smartwatch designs – the Pixel range, where the newest Pixel Watch 3 sits at the top, and can be bought at Very. Amazon’s £90 price drop comes just days away from its huge Big Deal Days sale (a Prime sale) where hundreds of deals can be found across Tuesday October 8 and October 9…in time for any early Christmas shoppers out there.
