Police are investigating after a man was stabbed to death early Thursday morning in Vancouver’s Joyce-Collingwood neighbourhood.
Officers were called to the area just after midnight early Thursday for the report of a stabbing at a home near Kingsway and Melbourne streets.
There, police found Brian Mathew Clayton, 34, suffering from stab wounds. Clayton was taken to hospital but died on the way.
Investigators have since arrested a 27-year-old woman in connection to the death.
Police believe the woman and Clayton were known to each other. The woman remains in custody. No charges have been announced at this time.
