Wetherspoon’s announces 12-day beer festival featuring pints from £1.79

fans are in for a treat this October as unveils a 12-day beer festival showcasing an array of 30 real ales. Some will be on offer at bargain prices starting from £1.79 per pint.

The festival is scheduled to run from Wednesday, October 9 to Sunday, October 20, providing patrons with a unique opportunity to taste beers from across the globe.

Customers at all 809 Wetherspoons throughout the UK can order directly from the bar during their visit.

For the best selection of discounted brews, customers are advised to peruse the Festival Magazine and place orders using the Wetherspoons app.

Beer enthusiasts will also have the option to try sample sizes, with international beers and ales from Japan, Canada, New Zealand and even the USA included in the menu.

In addition to global selections, the festival will debut several beers that have never been served at Wetherspoon before.

Alongside featuring a variety of different malt and hop types from around the world, some beers incorporate unusual ingredients such as and fruit, reports .

UK breweries will also feature prominently, with ales like Born to be Mild (Conwy Brewery), Salem Session (Batemans Brewery), Mango in the Night (Rudgate Brewery), and Banoffee Pie Golden Ale (Maxim Brewery).

A standout aspect of the festival will be the inclusion of vegan-friendly ales, ensuring options for customers with dietary preferences.

Jen Swindells, Wetherspoon’s marketing manager, enthused about the upcoming event: “The festival is a great celebration of real ale.

“It will allow us to showcase a selection of superb beers, including those from brewers as far afield as Japan and New Zealand, as well as those closer to home.

“The festival will also give our customers the opportunity to enjoy a number of beers which have not previously been available in the pubs, as well as those brewed specially for the festival.”

“All of the beers will be available at great value-for-money prices.”

For those with dietary concerns, she confirmed that allergen information for all beers will be accessible on Wetherspoon’s website, mobile app, and customer information screens in the pubs.
