A baby boy has tragically died after a horror hit-and-run left his mum fighting for her life, police said.
According to the police, the 30-year-old woman, who was pregnant at the time, had been walking along a pedestrian crossing in Bamber, Lancashire before she was struck by a car, reports The Sun.
Police have reported the arrest of five individuals in connection with the hit-and-run incident. The mother was rushed to the hospital, where she underwent emergency surgery to deliver her baby boy, who tragically passed away soon after.
