“They enjoy direct sunlight,” Plantura Magazine clarified. “So a conservatory or a south-facing window would be ideal.”
This means any south-facing window in the home would be considered the best place in the home.
And, should you have a conservatory that happens to south-facing, or is large enough to get the sun from all angles, then the bird of paradise will produce the most gorgeous blooms.
“In winter, keep it in as bright a place as possible in temperatures of around 10 to 15C,” Plantura Magazine added.

Do note that the bird of paradise plants do not flower until they are between three to six years old.

During the colder months in winter, the bird of paradise will continue to thrive if it’s watered sparingly.
Bear in mind the bird of paradise will only bloom if it’s given adequate levels of light and feed.
