star David Mitchell addressed why he refused to join Kylie Minogue in showing off his dance moves from the music video “Padam Padam” on show on Friday, September 27.

Zoe Ball brought up David and Kylie both being on The Show together, and confronted David on why he wouldn’t join.

David simply responded: “I don’t dance,” as Kylie quickly chimed in to say: “But this could change in your music era,” with David replying: “I’m not sure that would be a good thing, I have had a go at dancing in my life obviously, privately, and I don’t think it is good, I don’t think the world needs it.

“I think the greatest dance statement I can make is not to do it, and that will help the whole genre of dance if I don’t get involved in it.”

This year, Kylie Minogue received the Global Icon Award at the Brit Awards and also won the Grammy for Best Pop Dance Recording for her hit “Padam Padam.”
