GMB star Richard Madeley has opened up about Chloe’s plan to spend time with her ex husband
presenter has revealed the surprising news that his daughter is heading off on a holiday with her estranged husband, James Haskell, despite their recent split.
The revelation comes just months after the couple, who share a two-year-old daughter, Bodhi, confirmed their separation in October following five years of marriage.
Chloe, 37, and James, 39, may no longer be a couple, but they seem to be embracing an amicable post-breakup relationship.
Richard, 68, described their situation as a “very happy uncoupling,” revealing that the pair has managed to stay close despite the end of their marriage. The GMB star also shared that he still has a strong bond with James, who continues to be a part of the family.

Richard shared that he is close with James Haskell
He told : “Chloe is very happy, she and James are going to France together, they have a very happy uncoupling. It’s a very civilised relationship – we see a lot of James, he’s at the house quite a lot, either with Chloe or without.
“I go for a drink with him from time to time. It’s all good. It’s a very civilised divorce. The co-parenting is going really well.”
Mum-of-one Chloe previously opened up about the reason for the couple’s split, citing their lack of respect for each other.
She said: “I think there’s pillars that hold up a relationship such as love and respect. ‘Over time all of our pillars disintegrated and when that happens there is no saving it. We get on better now we aren’t romantically together.”

She recently also opened up about how the pair do not always agree on parenting styles and get into arguments over their differing opinions.
Chloe confessed to Closer Magazine: ‘We have always found a way to do it but it’s not always great. We have really hard times with it sometimes.
‘We also still argue- there is no denying that and it will probably be this way forever.’
Chloe and James once shared more than just their marriage; they also had their own ITV reality series, Chloe Madeley: A Family Affair. The show gave audiences an intimate look into their lives as a couple, capturing both their highs and the everyday challenges of balancing family, work, and their relationship.
