A star has been rushed to hospital after competing on the new ITV game show 99 To Beat. The programme, hosted by brothers Ryan and Adam Thomas, was plunged into chaos after a contestant twisted her ankle during a challenge. The show pits 100 players against each other in a series of bizarre challenges, and they must avoid being eliminated.
During filming of the new show, one contestant’s high-energy celebration resulted in her suffering an ankle injury on set. Speaking to The Mirror, Ryan said: “Yeah, one girl twisted her ankle just while celebrating. It was so unfortunate because it took her out of the competition, and she must have been devastated. But freak accidents happen in life, and it is such a shame – the show must go on.”
