star Amy Tapp has unveiled her incredible weight loss transformation and lost five stone in a new milestone. The favourite, who joined the show in 2013, has regularly documented her weight loss journey with her fans over the years. Amy had previously admitted in the past that she struggled with her weight – and had tried “every diet under the sun.”
Posting on , Amy uploaded a before and after picture of herself wearing a white vest top and black leggings. The image on the right shows a current Amy now having lost five stone and has detailed that she “couldn’t be happier.”
She penned: “Officially 5 stone down and I couldn’t be happier. Never thought I’d be able to reach this milestone so I think I can say I’m proud of myself. Thank you for being by my side throughout it all (swipe for our reaction today).” Amy also posted a video of herself hugging her personal trainer in delight after finding out her weight loss.
Many of her followers have flocked to the comments section to react to her news. Former Radio 1 presenter Adele Roberts cheered her on and said: “Go on Amy! Smashing it xx.” A second typed: “WOW amazing amy , well done girl.” A third person also chimed in: “Oh my goodness! Well done! You look fantastic! x.”

At the end of 2024, Amy shared that she’d lost the most weight ever in her life. She said on : “Ending the year on the biggest high I could ask for… loosing the most amount of weight I’ve ever lost in my life – after constant loosing battles I found the answer for myself (more to be shared in 2025) My head space going into 2025 compared to 2024 is incomparable and I’m so proud of everything I’ve achieved this year. Now onto the most exciting year yet where I watch my big brother and my cousin/best friends get married (not to each other).”
Amy documents her weight loss journey by regularly posting her fitness videos, including boxing, weight lifting and cardio. Speaking to Metro, she explained: “There was nothing specific because I’ve struggled with my weight since I was about eight years old… I’ve always tried every diet under the sun, I’ve done everything from shakes to this, to that…”
