Eagle-eyed fans think Meghan Markle just used Queen Elizabeth’s gift in new Instagram post

shared that she had made St Patrick’s Day-inspired green waffles for her children on her yesterday. The Duchess of Sussex, who made her return to in January, shared a video of her stirring the mixture in a bowl. It was posted along with the caption, “About this morning…”

She then shared footage of her pouring the mixture into a waffle maker – something that caught the eye of many royal fans afterPrince Harry once shared that the late Queen Elizabeth II had gifted Prince Archie a waffle maker when he was a toddler.

Sharing that his son “loved” the gift, Harry told James Corden on The Late Late Show: “My grandmother asked us what Archie wanted for Christmas, and Meg said a waffle maker.”

Continuing, Harry said: “She sent us a waffle maker for Archie. So breakfast now, Meg makes up a beautiful organic mix in the waffle maker.”

Seemingly revealing a new word that his son – now aged five – had been saying, Harry added: “Archie wakes up in the morning and goes ‘waffle.'”

Although Harry and Meghan have largely chosen to keep their children out of the spotlight, the young royals have featured frequently recently on Meghan’s .

Meghan’s latest post comes just weeks after she posted about Valentine’s Day-inspired she had made with the help of Princess Lilibet.

Pictured helping her mum, three-year-old Lilibet was seen spreading pink cream on bagels – which were also topped with heart-shaped strawberries.

Archie also featured by walking in front of Meghan as she took the plate of bagels for the family to enjoy.
