is gearing up for the release of some of his US visa documents this week. , although one – containing private information – will remain sealed. The documents will be released following a Freedom of Information request by the Heritage Foundation.
The conservative think tank has previously questioned whether the 40-year-old truthfully disclosed his past drug use when applying for US residency.
It was previously revealed that Judge Carl Nichols initially ruled that the Duke of Sussex’s immigration records should remain sealed in 2024. However, the judge has now ordered the Department of Homeland Security that some information will be released.

“What we do know is that the Heritage Foundation, specifically Niall Gardiner, has really been pushing this forward.”
Discussing how Harry may be feeling, she added: “He’s from the Tory think tank, and he believes there are some dodgy dealings going on. We don’t know if is quaking in his boots. He quit being a working royal did he get preferential treatment? We don’t know. There could be possible misconduct.
“It’s D-Day tomorrow. And Niall Gardiner has been the driving force behind this.”
