Instructions
All you first need to do is take some ice lolly moulds out of the freezer.
Then, cut up some watermelon and place it in a food processor. Blitz it until you have a watermelon puree and fill up the ice lolly mould until they are halfway full.
Add a handful of blueberries to the ice lolly mould and then stick it back into the freezer for 10 minutes.
While the fruit is freezing, chop up some kiwi fruits and then blitz them in a food processor too.
Once the time is up, take the lollies out of the freezer and add a spoonful of yoghurt on top and a dollop of the kiwi as well.
Coat the lolly stick in the yoghurt and kiwi mixture and then place back in the freezer. In just a few hours the lollies will be ready to make a healthy yet delicious breakfast.
