Emmerdale fans ‘work out’ fourth limo crash victim as they spot worrying clue

Emmerdale viewers believe they have pieced together the identity of a potential fourth victim from last month’s shocking limousine crash.

The ITV soap previously left fans on the edge of their seats as it aired a dramatic stunt week, with several characters’ lives hanging in the balance following two separate limo accidents.

It was later disclosed that the limo transporting the ladies to a night out was the one that tragically plunged into an icy lake, leading to the demise of three popular characters.

Suzy Merton was the first to lose her life in the accident, perishing instantly when the limo crashed into the lake. Leyla Harding then tragically bled to death in the ambulance, while Amy Barton died from hypothermia in hospital.

Now, fans are convinced another well-loved villager could meet a tragic fate due to the aftermath of the crash.

This week sees Chas Dingle and Liam Cavanagh taken aback by an engagement party thrown in their honour at The Woolpack. However, the celebrations take a dark turn when Chas has a confrontation with Liam’s ex, Ella Forster.

Later in the week, there’s a shocking incident at the pub when Chas collapses under mysterious circumstances and hits her head.

John Sugden is left stunned when he finds Chas unconscious on the floor and begins to question what led to the incident, reports .

After viewing this week’s spoilers, fans speculate that Chas’s fall could be the result of a “serious” injury she sustained in the crash – and fear it might not end well.

One viewer suggested on a Facebook group: “I think Chas was more seriously injured in the limo crash than at first thought and that’s why she collapses. Chas has been shown holding her side and wincing a few times following the crash,” while another added: “Think Chas was hurt more in the crash.”

The plot thickens as some viewers believe ‘s recent flashforward, which showed him standing by a freshly dug grave, could be linked to Chas’s injuries.

An anxious fan commented: “I hope Chas is not going to die!! Is that the grave we see Cain by? Hope not,” and another speculated: “When Cain was standing over a grave crying this is gonna be either Chas or Nate!!”

However, there’s a camp of fans who are convinced Chas won’t meet her end on the show, given her long tenure.

A viewer remarked: “I don’t think it will be Chas, she’s too much of a main character. I may be wrong but long serving cast members don’t often die unless they have asked to leave permanently. They tend to go abroad or somewhere else for an extended period and return at some future point, even if played by a different actor.”

airs weeknights on ITV1 at 7.30pm and is available to stream from 7am on ITVX
