A waterfront property once bought by for his aunt 60 years ago is now on the market for a staggering £15million – over 476 times the original price. legend originally bought the former bungalow for £26,500 for Mimi Smith, his aunt who raised him. The original harbourside bungalow on the exclusive Sandbanks peninsula in Poole Harbour, Dorset, was demolished by a property developer in 1992 and replaced with a modern two-storey property.

In honour of , the house was renamed Imagine and sold again in 2021 for £8m to a millionaire entrepreneur. The entrepreneur added a third storey and extended and modernised the property to maximise the stunning 180-degree views.
