The Wheel of Time is gearing up for a third thrilling season on Amazon Prime Video, following hero Rand (played by Josha Stradowski) after he’s been proclaimed the Dragon Reborn. With the fabled White Tower split and chaos brewing, plus the menacing Black Ajah on the loose and old foes creeping back into the Two Rivers, danger looms ominously.

As the embattled Forsaken hunt for the Dragon, the show’s description teases: “As the ties to his past begin to unravel, and his corrupted power grows stronger, Rand becomes increasingly unrecognizable to his closest allies, Moiraine and Egwene.”

It’s further revealed: “These powerful women, who started the series as teacher and student, must now work together to prevent the Dragon from turning to the Dark…no matter the cost.”

The intense dynamic between Lanfear (Natasha O’Keeffe) and Rand will pivotally swing the balance between Light and Dark. The star-studded cast primed for return includes Rosamund Pike as Moiraine Damodred, Daniel Henney as al’Lan Mandragoran, Zoë Robins as Nynaeve al’Meara, and Madeleine Madden as Egwene al’Vere.

Joining them once again will be Josha Stradowski as Rand al’Thor, alongside Marcus Rutherford as Perrin Aybara, Dónal Finn as Mat Cauthon, and Natasha O’Keeffe reprising her role as Lanfear. Added to the cast are Lindsay Duncan as Anvaere Damodred, Jay Duffy as Dain Bornhald, Ayoola Smart as Aviendha, and Laia Costa as Moghedien.
