Greta Gerwig, known for her directorial work on Barbie and Ladybird, is set to helm the first film, with the cast yet to be finalised.
According to Deadline, , famed for his portrayal of James Bond, is being considered for a significant role in the Narnia adaptation. Talks are said to be ongoing, and it remains uncertain which character he might portray.
there are two potential characters that could bring to life in The Chronicles of Narnia. One is Professor Digory Kirke, the owner of the country house to which the Pevensies are evacuated during the Blitz, who plays a crucial role in creating the gateway to Narnia.
Alternatively, he could lend his voice to Aslan, the true king and creator of Narnia.

The Chronicles of Narnia was previously brought to life by 20th Century Fox in the 2000s, with adaptations including The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Prince Caspian, and The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
