Paramount+ will be streaming new episodes of a gripping prequel to a wildly popular TV series every Thursday.
UK fans who have streamed the flagship series on Disney+ will have waited over a year to get their hands on the series, which was first announced back in January 2024.
Now, months after premiering in the US last October, viewers can finally witness the birth of one of the most iconic TV characters in history, NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (played by Mark Harmon).
In the new prequel series, NCIS: Origins, Austin Stowell steps into the role of the beloved investigator during his training and first high-stakes missions in the 1990s.
Season one proved a hit amongst fans when it aired on CBS and a second outing has already been confirmed. UK fans finally have the chance to catch up on the action.

“The same isn’t true for NCIS Origins. I guess what grabs me in this new series is the depth of character development, and the great writing and direction.”

NCIS: Origins’ stellar cast also includes Kyle Schmid as NCIS legend Mike Franks, replacing Muse Watson as Gibbs’ mentor.
