UK weather maps show triple snow bomb battering 13 counties in England and Scotland

The WXCharts maps generated using Metdesk data have revealed snow is due to cover certain areas in the country on March 13 from as early as 3am. The chilling weather will reach as far north as Inverness and stretch right down to Birmingham, as revealed by the purple and white shaded areas on the map, which indicate snow.

The has also issued a yellow weather warning from 3am to 9am for areas in the East Midlands, North East England, North West England and Yorkshire and Humber. Temperatures are expected to drop close to zero, resulting in some icy patches developing on roads and pathways.
