was on top form with his dad jokes yesterday as he met schoolchildren in the West Midlands.The Prince of Wales, 42, to visit Sporting Khalsa FC.
The aim of the visit was for the dad-of-three to check out a referee training course organised as part of the Football Association’s goal to recruit 1,000 people from Black, Asian and mixed heritage backgrounds into the position. As well as watching the training course in action, who had gathered to see the future King. The dad-of-three took time out of his day to speak to the children and couldn’t help himself from making a dad joke in the process.

After greeting a number of children from Fibbersley Park Academy, William said he had “broken the record for the most amount of high fives in 10 minutes”, which was met with a laugh by those who had gathered to see him,
The prince also made people smile when he hugged a young boy who was among those who had gathered to see the future King.
During his visit, not only did William learn about the training course, but he was also invited to participate in an activity.

The dad-of-three joined a course lesson to learn about the key skills involved in refereeing.
He then engaged with different stations on the pitch teaching referee skills such as whistle tones and flag signals.
Before his departure, the Prince of Wales showed off his skills on the pitch during a mini-football game alongside other programme participants.
