Reports suggest that is set to portray the in a biopic about the Playboy model’s life. The Oscar-nominated actress reportedly caught the attention of the film’s creators with her performance as Barbie in a 2023 fantasy comedy.
Fashion designer Pol’ Atteu and TV producer Patrik Simpson, who were close friends with Anna and are producing the film, allegedly experienced an “felt something electric” connection when they recently met Margot, reports
While the 24 year old actress has not yet responded to the rumours, it is believed that she is the top choice for the lead role. Patrik, known for his work on the reality show Gown and Out in Beverly Hills, stated: “We are eyeing Margot and I think she is our Anna Nicole. After we saw the Barbie movie, Margot was at the screening and I said, ‘That’s our Anna.’ The way she embodied Barbie, and Pol used to always tease that Anna was the living Barbie. So who better to play her than Margot?”.
Margot’s portrayal of Barbie earned her widespread acclaim, including nominations for an Oscar and a Golden Globe award. Despite missing out on these awards, she has previously won accolades for her performances in Suicide Squad and I, Tonya.
Pol shared with : “I can tell you when we met her, we felt something electric and it was such a beautiful moment.”

It is understood that the duo have already penned a script and are collaborating with LA-based production company Island Illusion Entertainment on the project.
At the star-studded Charmaine Blake Academy Award celebration gala in Beverly Hills, Patrik made a poignant statement: “Anna was our best friend. Best friends have secrets and we promised Anna we would reveal those secrets.”
Anna Nicole graced the cover of Playboy magazine in 1992 and clinched the title of Playmate of the Year the following year. At the age of 26, she wed 89 year old oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall and maintained that her love was genuine, not for his wealth.
Following Marshall’s death, Anna Nicole found herself entangled in a protracted legal struggle upon discovering she was excluded from his will. The financial strain eventually led her to declare bankruptcy.
Tragedy struck in 2006 when her son passed away at 20 due to an accidental drug overdose. Battling her own demons, Anna Nicole succumbed to an accidental overdose in 2007, tragically ending her life at the age of 39.
