Lakeland has launched a seasonal sale with many reductions on household gadgets that make cleaning and organising your home a breeze. One such reduction is on a popular heated area from DrySoon that dries laundry in hours. The costs 9p an hour to run and can hold up to two loads of washing at once, weighing a maximum of 15kg. The device has been reduced to £159.99 from £199, saving shoppers £40.
The laundry device has over 1,000 customer reviews and is one of Some shoppers have praised it for drying school shirts quickly. One shopper said: “I waited several months for this product, and having received it this week, I would have waited patiently for at least another six months.
“It socks in a few hours, and towels overnight and it keeps my landing really cosy. It also makes my house look tidier—no pants on radiators anymore in my house”, said one shopper.

Another said: “So easy to set up – you just take it out of the box and switch it on. I am also surprised at how light it is to move around the house. I collected it from the post office yesterday and managed to dry two loads of washing overnight.
“It is lovely not to have washing hanging over the radiators, I can at last feel the heat coming off my central heating. If you see a cheaper version available on the high street do not succumb. This is lighter, takes a greater amount of washing, and folds away when not in use into a much smaller device.”
However, a one shopper noted they didn’t think it was as effective as a rival products, as they said: “We bought this to replace our Dri Buddi. The huge amount of good reviews swung us. Unfortunately, it’s been a disappointment as although it is quicker than airing clothes normally it isn’t anywhere as fast at drying as the Dry-Soon Drying Pod.
“So we’ve exchanged it for the Pod (thanks Lakeland, wonderful customer service).” The is a heated airer with a cover that traps in the heat to dry clothes quickly. It’s also on sale at Lakeland for £79.99, which was £109.99.
