Disney+ has made a critically acclaimed series free to stream on YouTube ahead of the second season dropping next month.
You can now watch the first three episodes of the show that’s widely considered one of the platform’s best releases completely free of charge.
The streaming service has released several of the top-rated and viewed new shows over the years, from Marvel hits like WandaVision and Loki to expansions of the Star Wars universe in The Mandalorian and Obi-Wan Kenobi.
They have also brought popular book series like Percy Jackson to life and played host to Pixar’s first TV projects like Dream Productions and Win or Lose.
However, a significant portion of subscribers all agree their Star Wars spin-off Andor is their best series to date.

The first season follows rebel spy Cassian Andor (played by Diego Luna) before the events of the prequel film Rogue One. If you missed the first season back in 2022, you can now watch the first three episodes, Kassa, That Would Be Me and Reckoning, for free on YouTube ahead of season two’s premiere next month.
It’s developed a passionate following over the years, with millions of fans eager for the story to continue.
Entertainment blogger The Wild Reed called it “A Staggering, Unyielding Masterpiece”, acknowledging many call it “one of the best TV shows ever made”.
Wired called it “a masterclass in good writing”, adding the grittier sci-fi spin-off “eschews many Star Wars staples, such as wacky creatures and funny droids, focusing instead on the realities of power and violence.”

Fans on Reddit also agree Andor is far and away Disney+’s best Star Wars series, if not the streamer’s best show full stop.
One user said: “Best show period? Andor, and it’s not even close. Acting, scripting, locations, special effects.
“A couple of the best monologues in Star Wars that really hit hard. When a show can make you understand the Empire and almost sympathize with some of the characters, that’s pretty amazing in my book.”
“Is Andor the best series to date that Disney have put out?” someone else asked.
“Currently on my 3rd rewatch of the series and would like to know other peoples opinion on it.

“For me it’s my favourite and by far the best live action series that Disney have developed. Would love to know other peoples’ feelings on it and why? And also what their favourite moment or episode was.”
To which another fan replied in the comments: “Andor just hits different. It’s super polished. I mean, I enjoy some of the other shows, for certain, but the eye to detail without using fan service as a crutch is refreshing.”
The New Republic went one step further, writing: “Andor is something new and astonishing: a Star Wars series written and filmed entirely for discerning grown-ups.
“It’s accurate but faint praise to call this the smartest Star Wars ever made; it’s one of the smartest shows anyone has made in recent years, and can reasonably be mentioned in the same breath as, say, The Wire.”
If you missed the first season of Andor back in 2022, take this opportunity to witness the first three exhilarating episodes at no extra cost before the Star Wars masterpiece returns.
Andor season 2 premieres Wednesday, 23rd April on Disney+. Stream the first three episodes of season 1 on YouTube.
