believes that there is ‘interest’ in his services as he plots a return to the F1 grid. This is despite advisor declaring his career at the pinnacle of open-wheel racing to be over after missing out on a seat with . Schumacher, who was dropped by Haas at the end of the 2022 season, was an outside contender for a number of vacant seats last year.
The German’s name was thrown into the hat for drives with Alpine, Williams and Sauber, but none of those squads were willing to take a gamble on the 25-year-old.
