A man has been charged with the murder of a teenage boy who was shot dead in Stockwell, south London, the Metropolitan Police said.
A Met statement said: “Omar Prempeh, 32, of Stanstead Road, Forest Hill, was charged with murder on Saturday March 8 following the fatal shooting of Lathaniel Burrell.
“Lathaniel, from Stockwell, died at the scene following the shooting in Paradise Road, SW4, on Tuesday, 4 March. He was 16 years old.
“His family continue to be supported by specialist officers.

Prempeh will appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Monday March 10.
