It can be hard to juggle work, family and life as well as making delicious filling meals, especially midweek. And moreish garlic and herb chicken wings are not something I had thought possible on a Wednesday evening.

I made these incredible chicken wings after work in 18 minutes with no prep time and no messy pans or dishes. This came all thanks to frozen garlic and herb chicken wings which you can get for £3,75 (or in the three for £10 deal) for 750g, which worked out at 17 wings. Simply add them to your , and minutes later, you have perfect wings to add to your meal.

While the chicken wings were cooking, I boiled some pasta to use up some leftover pesto and chopped up some salad that was on the turn.

It was so quick and easy to throw together, and with the ding of the air fryer, it was time to plate – dinner in 18 minutes, perfect.

The chicken itself was lovely and moist, and the garlic and herb flavouring was perfect. The skin crisped up nicely in the air fryer, so it wasn’t overly greasy.

If I was served these, I would not have known 18 minutes before they were frozen in the freezer.

This is a real game changer and they were a hit with my teenager, who also loved the satay-style wings too.

I think these would also be great for family get-togethers. It is 18 minutes for half the bag in the air fryer, but you could also oven-cook for larger batches.

I have never considered frozen wings like this before, and now I wish I had sooner. With no marinating dish or oven dish to wash, just the air fryer to wipe down, clean up is minimal.

And these aren’t the only chicken products on the menu from Iceland, also in the three for £10 deal, you can get:
