star Julia Hartley-Brewer revealed she would once again be missing her afternoon talk show on the programme after her illness didn’t subside. The her voice was so croaky ahead of her show yesterday (March 5) and shared that Peter Cardwell would be replacing her.
Despite the well-wishes from fans, the 56-year-old informed viewers that she was still under the weather in a devastating health update. Julia penned: “Sorry but I’m still bed-ridden with a flu-like bug so won’t be on air @TalkTV again today. @petercardwell will return to the hot seat once more.”Issuing a desperate plea to fans she begged: “Please send paracetamol and chocolate.” The broadcaster was inundated with support from her viewers as one commented: ”Sending warm wishes and sunshine from South Africa. Get better soon.”

Another echoed: “You will be missed, Julia. Eat a lot of honey and get better soon.” As a third fan added: “Some nasty bugs about. Very happy with Peter Cardwell.”
One advised: “If it’s the same flu like symptoms I had a couple of weeks ago it’s a 10 day shot, then again I’m a bloke so you’ll probably be back on your feet by Saturday.”
While one issued well-wishes with a jab: “I wish you better. But I also wish you’d take a more rational and critical approach with the issue, instead of following the herd, warmongering against a dysfunctional country which couldn’t even take Kiev.”

While Julia said she now has a “flu-like bug,” in her initial post she revealed that the illness had attacked her vocal chords. The political pundit said: “Sorry, but my voice is now so croaky that I’m afraid I can’t host my show today.”
This comes after Reform’s deputy leader, , was brutally mocked on social media after a heated row on Julia’s talk show.
The pair clashed over ‘s conversation with about ending the war in after the presenter argued that “wars stop when one side is defeated” and not through negotiations.
Tice responded that “there are lots of other wars where ultimately people negotiate a peace” and said that these negotiations will stop Putin “going any further.”
However, Julia brutally hit back: “You know what you don’t do in a negotiation? Give the other side everything that they want. That is literally what they have done. I thought Reform cared about national borders.”
