With Love, Meghan launched on the streaming platform at 8am UK time – midnight on the west coast of America – after being delayed from January due to the Los Angeles wildfires. Meghan delves into bath-salt, honey and candle making to hosting children’s parties and prepping food for various occasions, however, there is one thing that really stands out – how normal the duchess appears. With minimal mentions of her past royal life, aside from episode two when she corrects pal Mindy Kaling that she is now called Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex and a subtle dig at the Royals in episode eight, when she declares that this is a “new chapter in her life” where she is able to talk about the things she loves the most, the former actress comes across as an every day, albeit privileged, mother and wife.

With Love, Meghan is being seen as a make-or-break moment for the Sussexes, who signed a multimillion-pound deal with in 2020.

It has the mood tags “relaxing”, “feel-good” and “lifestyle” and features appearances from comedian and actress Mindy Kaling and her former Suits co-star, Abigail Spencer, as well as chefs Roy Choi and Alice Waters.

It comes as the duchess was blasted by royal fans following her show’s release for being “fake”.
