With minimal mentions of her past royal life, aside from episode two when she corrects pal Mindy Kaling that she is now called Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex and a subtle dig at the Royals in episode eight, when she declares that this is a “new chapter in her life” where she is able to talk about the things she loves the most, the former actress comes across as an every day, albeit privileged, mother and wife.

From making jokes with her pals and “fast mornings” with her family, to enjoying simple things like gardening with her children, the duchess appears to attempt to make herself look more approachable.
