Ferne McCann has revealed an easy but ‘delicious’ toast dish with fans, praising it as an ‘amazing starter’ for dinner parties. The TV celebrity, who starred in the 2025 season of Dancing On Ice, revealed her ‘winning, scrumptious’ dish in a short tutorial.

“Do you like the sound of confit, garlic, tomatoes and burrata on toast?”, she asked her 2.9 million followers. “This [Boujee Burrata on Toast] dish is next level. Right, so first you want to confit your garlic cloves.”

In her video, Ferne was seen coating peeled garlic cloves in olive oil before covering them with foil. She then baked them at 180°C until tender, taking around 20 minutes.

She continued: “Pop them in the oven until soft and then pour it over anchovies and cherry tomatoes. Then pop them back in the oven.” She then waited for another 20 minutes, allowing the mix to become soft.

“[Separately] melt some butter [in a pan] to toast your sourdough,” she went on, while toasting the bread until golden. “Then are you ready to make a mouth-watering masterpiece? Look at that confit garlic.”

The TV star’s next move was to assemble the ‘loaded toast of deliciousness’, generously spreading both confit garlic and burrata on the toasted sourdough slice. She explained: “Next up is my favourite bit, to open that creamy ball of burrata and smear it over the toast.

“Time to add your confit tomatoes and they have gone all jammy and you get little bits of the anchovies. Delightful. Garnish with chopped fresh basil and season well.”

For those keen on elevating the dish, the 34-year-old star suggested an indulgent extra – adding caviar. Although Ferne still had some left over from Christmas, she added: “So extra, I know, and totally optional but wow. All of the flavours were unreal.”

Fans were quick to sing Ferne’s praises after her post, calling for a cookbook release. One user wrote: “This is as delicious as Ferne describes – just dreamy honestly,” as someone else wrote: “Would you please do a newsletter or book? You make things look so simple and DELICIOUS.”

Meanwhile, another added: “Looks lush, may leave out the anchovies though.” This certainly isn’t Ferne’s first time experimenting in the kitchen.

She even bought a juicer during the February half-term, keen to ‘get a hit of vitamins’ from morning smoothies and fruit juices. Last month, Ferne said: “Day three of half term… an exciting delivery. We bought a juicer! I had one a few years ago but it broke… I actually think Sunday was more excited about creating her own juice than me.”

Ferne is a devoted mum to two daughters – Sunday Skye, her eldest, who marked her seventh birthday in November, and one-and-a-half year old Finty, her first child with partner Lorri Haines.

Alongside her post, Ferne shared a photo of numerous fruits and vegetables on a plate. In a subsequent story, she added: “I am going to try and have a daily green juice to get a hit of vitamins.

“Sunday had pineapple, grapes and . I had spinach, kiwi, ginger, celery, apple and lemon… Who’s would you go for?”
