Three tablespoons of sugar
One tablespoon of cinnamon
Method
Kick things off by cranking your oven up to 200C/180C Fan/ Gas Mark 6, then get down to the business of rolling out pizza dough on a flour-dusted surface – any kind of flour will do.
If the dough gets sticky, just keep dusting with flour until it’s about a quarter inch thick.

Next, whip up a mixture of butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl until you have a smooth paste, then slather it generously over your rolled-out dough.
Slice into elongated strips and then roll each one up as snugly as you can to create the signature swirl.
Place these rolls in a greased baking tray and pop them into your preheated oven and allow them to bake for 20 minutes until they’re firm yet retain that desirable gooeyness.
Once the time is up, you can serve them as is, or elevate them with a simple cinnamon roll glaze made from one and a half cups of icing sugar and two to four tablespoons of milk.
Whisk these ingredients together until you achieve a thick yet pourable glaze that you can drizzle over the rolls with ease.
Or leave the cinnamon pastries plain, for a healthy breakfast with a similar sweetness to that of a muffin.
