Netflix has just added an ‘addictive’ sci-fi series to its ever evolving library that fans can devour in a single weekend.
Halo, a live-action adaptation of the popular video game series, was originally a Paramount+ exclusive, with episodes released weekly since its 2022 launch.
However, it has now found a new streaming home on , allowing fans to binge-watch the entire series. The Halo series will be available on from Saturday (March 1).
The show is based on the much-loved Xbox-exclusive video game franchise and follows super soldier Master Chief John-117 as he leads his team of Spartans against the alien villains known as the Covenant.
The first season garnered a respectable 70% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, while the second series achieved an impressive 90%.

Pablo Schreiber, known for roles in Orange is the New Black, Den of Thieves, and The Wire, portrayed Master Chief. Despite the show’s success, Paramount confirmed that the Halo series would not be returning for a third season.
However, there is renewed hope among fans that if the series proves popular with subscribers, the streaming giant might be persuaded to take over production and greenlight a third season. Many viewers have already expressed their admiration for the show, acknowledging the challenge of successfully adapting such a beloved series, reports .
