Jamie Oliver’s easy peasy air fryer pasta that’s a ‘£1 wonder’

Jamie Oliver has shared a recipe for a delicious, cheap and that you can add to your weekly meal plan.

The celebrity chef says the feta and tomato is budget friendly and not too tricky to whip up.

Air fryers have become increasingly essential in the modern kitchen and the range of recipes you can use them for is endless.

The chef released his first ever air fryer cookbook called Easy Air Fryer and it’s no surprise that people love it so much.

Recipes span from sticky aubergine noodles, to pear and blackberry crumble and more.

First you should start by halving the tomatoes before peeling and slicing garlic. Then, halve and slice chilli before adding olives and place all the ingredients into the air fryer.

Next, chop the basil stalks, reserving the leaves, and sprinkle into the drawer.

You should then add two tablespoons of olive oil, half a tablespoon of red wine vinegar and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper, and toss to coat.

Your next step is to break the feta into the drawer in three pieces, stacking them on top of one another.

Cook this all together for 15 minutes, meanwhile cooking the in a pan of boiling water.

Once cooked, drain the and pour into the air fryer drawer, mix around until the sauce and pasta are coated.

To serve, you can top with basil or finish with extra olive oil if you prefer.
