Georgia Toffolo has tied the knot with former mogul James Watt following a quick elopement that left guests with just 48 hours to prepare for the celebration.
The pair have been engaged since October, when James proposed with a lavish eight-carat diamond ring valued at an eye-watering £200,000 during a dreamy Greek getaway for Georgia’s landmark 30th birthday.
James Watt, 42, once mentioned that the nuptials would happen in 2023.
Georgia announced the joyous news via , posting charming snaps of herself with her new husband on a fishing boat soon after saying ‘I do.’ The caption read: “James and I got married today.
“1st March will forever be the best day of my life – the day I became your wife. We eloped! Guests: whoever could get here with 48 hours notice! Temperature: 6C. Wind: 17 knots North Westerly. Location: North East Scotland. To our family and friends who aren’t with us, we will celebrate with you soonest!”

Georgia donned a sublime cream, fleece off-the-shoulder gown, looking radiant on her big day. The renowned reality TV personality who conquered the jungle in wore her hair in a sophisticated updo, while she accessorised with dainty diamond earrings and a classic flowing veil to seal her bridal ensemble.
The less conventional choice of chunky brown boots worn by Georgia, seemingly for practicality amidst their boat photoshoot, marked a departure from typical bridal footwear.
Similarly, James – who boasts a net worth of around £250million – shunned traditional groom attire, donning a cream beanie and layering a thick cream jumper beneath blue fishing overalls.

In a candid confession back in January, Georgia, also affectionally known as ‘Toff’, expressed an eagerness to become a bride, saying: “I’m just desperate to get married! I don’t want to do any of the planning, I haven’t planned a thing, I only want to be married – it’s the opposite of how I thought I’d feel. I thought I’d be swept up in what I’m going to wear and have hundreds of people there and all of that.”
While attending the star-studded premiere of Cirque Du Soleil’s latest spectacle, Corteo, the 30-year-old revealed her inclination towards eloping as a way to avoid the wedding planning hassle, adding: “My preference is to elope. I’m struggling to get it over the line. Our families are so excited for us and want to be involved, it feels a little selfish to elope. So, we’ll see.”

Boasting a sizable fortune estimated at £262 million through his brewery and pub empire, James met Georgia in 2023 following a friend-arranged blind date. The tycoon whisked her away on a romantic Greek getaway last October, where he proposed just before celebrating her 30th birthday.

Their relationship initially ended, but a brief reconciliation occurred in 2022 before they separated for good. Meanwhile, James was previously wed to Johanna Basford, a renowned Scottish illustrator and creator of The Secret Garden, an adult colouring book that boasts over ten million copies sold worldwide.
Johanna and James, who divorced in 2020, have two children together.
