The couple’s new hire comes just days before the launch of Meghan’s new show, With Love, Meghan – and shortly before the 43-year-old launches her new brand, As Ever.

After news of their new hire, Meredith – who will reportedly start her new role on March 3 – said in a statement: “I’m honored to partner with and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, to highlight the amazing work they are doing through Archewell, their broader business portfolio, and nonprofit work.
“I’m excited to help them tell their story as entrepreneurs, builders and philanthropists while overseeing all communications for the couple and their ventures.”

Meredith has previously held positions at Google, American Idol and streaming giant Hulu. Her most recent employer was at Lightspeed Venture Partners.
Ashley Hansen, who began working for Meghan and Harry back in 2022, is said to have left her role in October.
She reportedly left Archewell to launch her own communications firm, Three Gate Strategies.
After Ashley thanked the couple for their “unwavering support” in a statement following news of her departure, Meghan also shared a statement.
Also speaking on behalf of Harry, Meghan said: “We are so proud of Ashley, especially as a female entrepreneur. We look forward to having her focused expertise on our business and creative projects and her continued oversight of our communications team. My husband and I are excited to be alongside Ashley as she builds something extraordinarily special with her firm.”
