A mum named Adrea Garza has defended her influencer daughters during an appearance on This Morning. The family, who live in Oklahoma, USA, appeared on the popular daytime show to discuss their recent online fame on platforms like and with hosts and Cat Deeley.
Twins Haven and Koti, eight, share a variety of skincare content, including Sephora hauls and “get ready with us” segments, amassing over 4.5 million followers. They joined their mum-manager Adrea on the programme to talk about their career and the backlash they’ve faced.
Some viewers found the interview “uncomfortable” and expressed their dismay on social media. One person wrote: “Sorry #thismorning – this is a new low. Those poor kids look so uncomfortable,” while another agreed: “#thismorning I don’t think this is right!”
A third person vented frustration, saying: “#thismorning why would you do that your children advertising them like that so young?” A fourth stated: ” #thismorning I don’t agree with those sisters from Oklahoma who are social media stars! They are too young.”

Further controversy was sparked when Adrea revealed she planned to treat her girls to a “Starbucks, before school,” for waking up at 6am to appear on This Morning via video link.
During the interview, Ben highlighted the criticism the family had received and even quoted a UK dermatologist, Dr. Emma Edgeworth, who warned against young girls having elaborate skin care routines, reports .

Ben questioned: “The reality is, that the girls are also influencing other young girls as well. How do you make sure that what they are using is age appropriate?”
Adrea responded: “Absolutely, I totally agree, as our platform started to grow and it really started to become an influence, I wanted to make sure we were educating our audience with what the right things are to use at certain ages. Making sure they are using the correct products.”

She clarified: “I also consulted with dermatologists and actually interviewed one for our podcast,” and corrected: “The girls actually interviewed her for our podcast.”
“Our page is really just about self-love and self-care and we try to do our best educate our audience,” Adrea retorted.
