’s hit competition series saw the devastating elimination of star Mollie Pearce and her professional partner Colin Grafton.
After taking to the ice on Musicals Week and performing to ABBA’s iconic 1975 classic, Mamma Mia, the duo were forced to compete in the bottom two.
After being at the bottom of the leaderboard with 35.5 points out of 40, Mollie and Colin went up against Towie’s Dan Edgar and his pro-Vanessa James.
However, it wasn’t to be for the tearful reality star, as she and Colin’s time on the show was officially over.
Following their departure, the professional skater opened up to Express.co.uk about his time on the show and their shocking exit.

Looking back on the season, Colin shared: “I was over the moon when I was partnered with Mollie this season.
“We both overcame big obstacles and formed a friendship that we now have for life. I am so proud of everything we accomplished.
“Of course, I was sad to see us go, there is always more to give, but what we did accomplish was fantastic, and I know we were able to inspire people along the way.”
He added: “I am SO looking forward to rooting out the remaining teams, and wanted to say a massive thank you for everyone who supported us during our journey and continues to. Thanks for everything.”

Speaking through tears to hosts Holly Willoughby and Stephen Mulhern, Mollie assured fans: “I’ve had the best time, and these are happy tears.
“Honestly, I’ve met a friend for life and this was the experience of a lifetime, I’ve loved it.”
Holly told her star: “Mollie, we are gonna miss you so much, you have been pure joy and I feel like you have loved this experience, especially with Colin.
Although their time on the show has come to an end, Dancing on Ice will continue next weekend for the semi-finals as four contestants compete for the coveted trophy.
Reality star Dan, former footballer Anton Ferdinand, favourite Sam Aston, and TV presenter remain the last four standing.
