and his brother Tristan are reportedly heading to the USA from Romania, after the eastern European country lifted travel restrictions imposed on them.
The siblings, who have dual US and UK citizenship, left at around 5am local time, sources in Bucharest told the .
They are understood to have departed by private jet from the Baneasa airport, despite a previous travel ban imposed by the Romanian government after allegations of rape, trafficking minors and money laundering.
The Trump administration has reportedly pressed the eastern European government to let the Tates travel back to the US, but Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu has denied such claims.
Andrew and Tristan Tate, who have huge social media support for their right-wing views, were arrested in Romania three years ago. They are also wanted in the UK over separate allegations of human trafficking and rape.

The brothers have denied all the allegations against them.
A Romanian court previously granted a British request to extradite the pair after legal proceedings in Romania had concluded.
They were ordered not to leave Romania in December 2023 after attempting to visit their mother in hospital in the UK, and a ruling last July that they could travel within the was quickly overturned.
Four women who alleged that they were raped and coercively controlled by 38-year-old Tate said in a statement earlier this month that they were “extremely concerned about reports that figures in ‘s administration are pressuring the Romanian authorities to relax travel restrictions” on the siblings.

The four women are also bringing a case against the influencer at the UK High Court after the Crown Prosecution Service decided not to prosecute in 2019.
Romania’s Foreign Minister Emil Hurezeanu told the country’s press that US officials had brought up the brothers’ case at the Munich Security Conference and over a phone call in February, according to the Financial Times.
Prosecutors said on Thursday that they had approved a request from Andrew Tate to travel outside the country, pending the outcome of the criminal investigation against him.
Local reports suggest that the Tates travelled from Bucharest to Florida this morning.
