The footage shows the war-ravaged territory before a caption appears: “Gaza 2025… What’s Next?” before beaches, bearded belly-dancers, and even a golden Trump statue appeared.
The video has sparked controversy, and it led to a heated debate between Vine guests Nick Freeman and Yasmin Alibhai-Brown. The discussion turned heated as Yasmin furiously asked: “Who has been doing the flattening here? Who has been killing civilians in the numbers that ‘s been doing?” as Nick hit back: “Who started the war?”
After being told “it doesn’t matter”, he responded: “What do you mean? Acts of war? You can’t, you can’t invade a , murder, mutilate and rape people,” as Yasmin shouted: “And it’s okay to murder, mutilate and rape Palestinians?”

As Nick said: “They have to defend themselves, and it’s war,” Vine jumped in to intervene as he said: “Hang on, when you said, Nick, it’s tasteless. Surely I’ve got to read you some of the lyrics of this thing. has set you free, bringing the life for all to see. No more tunnels, no more fear. Trump, Gaza is finally here. It’s more than tasteless, isn’t it? It’s an insult.”
Nick replied: “It’s horrific. But all the money that’s gone to Gaza, has been invested in the under structure, the tunnels. And what he’s saying is true,” as Yasmin interrupted: “Prove it. Prove it. Prove it. To me, you’re a lawyer.”
Nick swiped back: “How can I prove it if you don’t let me speak? Have you seen the infrastructure, the dilapidated state of the country, and have you seen the the tunnel network? How much do you think that cost to build? How long have they been doing it? Have you seen what they’ve done to their own cities?”

Vine chimed in: “This is not critical. Is it completely crazy to go because Trump has got his eyes on Gaza. He may only have a moment’s attention here, where he takes an interest to say, ‘all right, show us what you’ve got’. Build 15 hotels. Do something.”
Yasmin insisted: “No, because his son in law spoke 18 months ago, saying, well, let’s go. Yeah, that the real estate there is real value we can take over. I am astonished that Nick is defending this kind of utter insult to the dead of Gaza. I am astonished by your response. I am so appalled,” to which she was told: “Well, you’re going to have to manage your emotions. Yasmin.”
As the debate continued, the pair discussed the number of people who had been killed during the war, to which Nick asked: “Are you listening to me?” as Yasmin replied: “No, I don’t want to, leading to an abrupt end to the clash.”
