PS Plus March 2025 free PS4 and PS5 games reveal date, time, leaks and predictions

subscribers are counting down to the reveal of the free and games for March 2025.

The next wave of PS Plus Essentials will be officially revealed by at 4.30pm GMT UK time on the afternoon of February 26.

Made up of three PS4/PS5 games, the PS Plus line-up will be available to download and install from the morning of March 4. Needless to say, the new games will replace the current line-up, which is headlined by multiplayer heist game Payday 3.

Daily Express will update this article with the full PS Plus line-up when it is announced by Sony. Likewise, keep checking back for any leaks ahead of the big reveal.

In addition to Payday 3, the somewhat disappointing February line-up also features comedy shooter High on Life, as well as platforming remake Pac-Man World Re-Pac.

With a varied selection of levels and gameplay styles, the Pac-Man platformer is actually my favourite of the three PS Plus games.

Sony explains more: “In this 2022 remake of the original PlayStation platformer, with improved UI, fine-tuned mechanics and updated visuals, Pac-Man arrives home on his birthday to find the Ghosts have kidnapped Pac-Man’s family & friends and ruined his party.

“Off to the rescue, Pac-Man sets out to Ghost Island. Dodge Ghosts, solve environmental puzzles, rescue the Pac-Fam, and more in this platforming adventure. Play a collection of 3D mazes in Maze mode, clear Quest mode to unlock the original Pac-Man game in Original mode.”

As for the March 2025 PS Plus line-up, subscribers have been attempting to predict the games ahead of the big reveal.

In the monthly predictions thread on , multiple users believe we could be treated to games like EA UFC 5, EA Sports FC 25 and F1 24.

Cyberpunk adventure game Stray also gets a mention, alongside Wo Long Fallen Dynasty and rhythm action game Hi-Fi Rush.

Other big games with lots of picks include Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Hogwarts Legacy, Mortal Kombat 1 and Sonic Frontiers.

There are also lots of picks for Robocop Rogue City, as well as LEGO Bricktales, Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, Hades, Atomic Heart, The Pathless, Psychonauts 2, Call of Duty Vanguard, Resident Evil Village.

That’s on top of Terminator Salvation, Far Cry 6, Twelve Minutes, NBA 2K25, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, Lords of the Fallen, Need for Speed Unbound and South Park Snow Day.

There are even a few picks for first-party games, such as The Last of Us Part 2, Marvel’s Spider-Man and Gran Turismo 7.

Fans will find out for sure when Sony reveals the PS Plus games on the afternoon of February 26, so check back for the official announcement.
