The McMuffin has a new breakfast bestie.
On Feb. 25, McDonald’s announced that its bagel sandwiches are now available nationwide for the first time in its history. The Facebook group “Where’s my McDonald’s Bagel?” has a huge, O-shaped reason to celebrate.
Customers across the country can choose between an Egg & Cheese, Bacon, Egg & Cheese or Steak, Egg & Cheese to fulfill their round and bready breakfast desires. Back in 2024, the chain offered its bagel sandwiches in limited markets, but now they’re ready for primetime.
McDonald’s customers have been clamoring for the chain’s bagel sandwiches for years. The aforementioned Facebook group — “Where’s my McDonald’s Bagel?” — currently has more than 25,000 members.
The group shares where in the sandwiches can be purchased on a state-by-state basis — but now, fortunately for fans, it’s all of them.
Egg McMuffin deals
The Golden Arches is also celebrating the 50th anniversary of another popular breakfast item: the Egg McMuffin. First introduced in 1975, the sandwich “struck a chord with America,” according to the company, leading to a storied history as long as “Jaws” and “Love Will Keep Us Together” by Captain & Tennille.
With that in mind, on National Egg McMuffin Day (March 2), customers can score an Egg McMuffin or Sausage McMuffin with Egg breakfast sandwich for $1 exclusively through the McDonald’s app.
Additionally, from March 3 — 30, customers can get a buy-one, get-one-free Sausage McMuffin with Egg when with a McDelivery order in the app.
