candidly discussed a health issue she’s been grappling with on Tuesday’s episode of . The ITV show panellist revealed that stress had played a significant role in her recent health struggles, which began during the festive season and persisted as she .
Linda, 65, died last month following a devastating battle with cancer.
During the show, Coleen disclosed to her fellow Loose Women that she’s been suffering from eczema, a condition often linked to high stress levels.
She also mentioned plans to have some moles and skin tags examined in light of her experience with the condition, which causes dryness and itchiness, among other symptoms.
The topic came up during a conversation about dermatology, reminding viewers of her previous treatment for carcinoma on her shoulder and pre-melanomas on her face.

Coleen shared: “They’ve told me [the latter] is from childhood. Being burnt in childhood. It’s quite common in people of our age and above, because, like you say, back in the day, we weren’t clued up as much about skin care.”
Coleen revealed her recent struggles with stress and its shocking effects on her skin, saying: “But I also know that with stress and… I mean, my skin has gone insane,” reports .
chimed in with understanding: “Well, you’ve had your fair share of stress.”
Coleen described her distressing symptoms: “I’ve been covered in … I got a terrible rash all round my middle and it went up my shoulders. And it was so sore and so itchy.”
Elaborating on her ordeal, Coleen recounted how she sought professional help: “I’m thinking ‘what is this? ‘ And it was all over Christmas and New Year, then obviously when Linda passed. And I went to the dermatologist and he’s like ‘yeah it’s eczema’.”

She further added during the program: “And I was like ‘I’ve never had eczema in my life’. And he said ‘no, but you’re very stressed and the first place stress shows itself, or any condition, is on your skin’.”
In discussing next steps, Coleen informed her fellow presenters: “Now I’ve got to go and have a couple of things just kinda shaved, like moles and stuff, that they’re gonna check out.” weighed in: “And skin tags.”
Coleen confirmed: “And skin tags, yeah.”
It comes after Coleen recently last Sunday. She posted a touching video tribute of them singing together on and spoke of her deep feeling of loss in the caption: “To my beautiful sister… think of you every day, but especially today on your birthday… I miss you so much and life won’t be the same without you.”
