While the Duchess of Sussex, 43, was only there for a few days with Harry Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three, the duchess managed to fit in a lot in this time.
Photographs and videos of the competition, which was first launched by ’s Invictus Games foundation for ex-servicemen and women in 2014, were shared widely by news outlets and also on Meghan’s personal which she officially launched last month.
However, the content she posted was very “intentional” according to one PR expert, who said there were three types of content missing on purpose.
Edward Coram James, CEO of Go Up, that the content was done a certain way by the duchess so people could see her as “relatable”.

He told GB News: “The choice of Invictus Games as the primary focus seems deliberate. It’s a bulletproof cause.
“Notice what’s missing? Any luxury, any glam, any over-curation.
“This is intentional. She wants people to see her as relatable, hardworking, and philanthropic.”
When Meghan flew home early from the event in Canada, opted to stay until the tournament was over.

Despite being home, Meghan was still very active on social media as she spoke about the games and how the family was cheering everyone from America on.
She praised her husband for “changing lives” through the competition and the Invictus Games Foundation.
Since the end of the tournament, Meghan’s has focused mainly on which is set to launch in Spring.
