Stacey Solomon’s new series is back (Image: BBC)

Stacey’s new Sort Your Life Out series returned to our screens this month. During the first episode, Stacey and her team of experts aimed to help the family of six declutter their three-bedroom house and let go of half of their possessions to create a tidier home.

During one segment, Stacey was re-organising clothes with mum Helen, who didn’t want to give away one of her old fleeces. When quizzed about why she wanted to keep it, Helen candidly said that she was wearing the fleece when she experienced a miscarriage.

Helen then shared that she tragically lost two children during her pregnancies, which left viewers in floods of tears. One person said on X: “Losing 2 babies is heartbreaking and then finding you are pregnant with twins then being told we found another baby and having triplets 3 rainbow babies.”

Sort Your Life Out can be streamed on iPlayer.
