Why we love it: Vancouver-headquartered brand Lululemon wants to help give you a “glow up”.

The active and lifestyle-wear brand recently launched Glow Up, a new collection of products that are designed to deliver a “held-in sensation”, and provide support and sculpt.

Created in response to customer feedback, the products address the look and feel of specific features including compressive/shaping fit and minimizing the appearance of the waist, hips and thighs.

Made using a re-engineered version of the brand’s proprietary Ultralu technical fabric, which was first introduced in 2017, the curated line of products feature stretch while moulding to the body’s curves.

“Every product we design solves an unmet need for our guests,” says Melanie Anayiotos, vice-president for women’s design performance. “Glow Up introduces a new fabric innovation and waistband technology that delivers the supportive fit and sculpted look our guests wanted. It’s the perfect marriage of performance and style so you can train with total confidence.”

The initial Glow Up release includes a Super-High-Rise Crop, a Onesie, and medium-support tank top in a selection of shades, including black, hot pink and navy blue.

The price: $78 to $148.
