Sadie Robertson and her husband Christian Huff are expecting their third child together.
In a joint Instagram post Feb. 14, Robertson and Huff shared the exciting news by posting a series of black and white photos featuring their daughters, Honey and Haven, along with a row of sonograms.
“Our hearts are so full,” they captioned the post. “another little love joining the Huff family.”
The couple received plenty of love from family, friends and fans in the comment section, including Robertson’s mom, Korie.
“Soooooo excited!!!” she wrote on the post. “Very best blessing.”
Her younger brother, Will Robertson Jr., also celebrated the news in the comments, adding, “ANOTHER NIBLING WOOHOOOO!!!!”
“BEST NEWS!!!!!!” her younger sister, Bella, wrote. “cant wait!!!”
Robertson gave a sneak peek of her growing baby bump the following day, sharing a mid-month recap on Instagram full of snaps from the first half February.
In the 10th frame of the post, Robertson lifted her sweater above her stomach and posed with her hand resting on the subtle bump.
The couple, who have been married since November 2019, are already parents to two children.
They announced they were expecting their first child in October 2020 less than a year after their wedding, and welcomed daughter Honey on May 11, 2021.
Robertson and Huff shared that they were expanding their family again in November 2022 and were expecting their second child together. In the same month, they revealed that they were having another daughter, and welcomed Haven on May 22, 2023.
The “Duck Dynasty” star got candid about the “chaotic” birth of her older daughter on her “WHOA That’s Good Podcast” in July 2021. Recounting the event, she said that “nothing that I planned for happened, but everything that I prayed for happened.”
Robertson explained that her daughter’s shoulder had gotten stuck in the birth canal and her doctor had tried to break Honey’s shoulder in an effort to get her out. However, after her shoulder got out, her knee then got stuck. In the aftermath, Robertson described a “very scary” scene when her daughter emerged with a purple face and wasn’t breathing.
“They were about to take her to the NICU, and she just started breathing on her own — like, they gave her a little oxygen that they had there and then she just did it on her own,” she recalled.
During another episode of her podcast from July 2021, Robertson also opened up about her postpartum struggles with anxiety after Honey was born.
During the episode, she cited her daughter’s traumatic birth story as one of her worries, sharing that she was in a “state of anxiety” that she “didn’t even realize that it was creeping up as much as it was.”
In addition to Robertson’s third child, there is more news for the family to celebrate — the return of “Duck Dynasty.”
The original A&E reality series ran for 11 seasons and ended in 2017. Its reboot series “Duck Dynasty: The Revival,” slated for a summer 2025 debut, will check in with the Robertson family, including a new generation of great grandchildren.
In a joint Jan. 22 Instagram post with her parents, Korie and Willie, A&E and the official “Duck Dynasty” account, the caption teased the new era of the series.
