was left laughing on Wednesday after he was told he was “bigger than Beyonce” in terms of popularity.
The monarch, 76, to find out all about the club’s “charitable” work.
As well as meeting football captains and representatives, the King also spent time talking to people from the local community, including young people who had been supported by The King’s Trust – a charity founded by His Majesty when he was the Prince of Wales in 1976.
One of the people he met was ex-prisoner Gina Moffatt, 48, who turned her life around with help from the King’s Trust.
Gina, who runs a successful restaurant in Tottenham employing 15 full-time staff, told the King that even though pop star Beyonce will be performing at the stadium in June, the King’s visit is “bigger.”

She said: “I’m so excited that you’re even back in Tottenham, this year’s looking all good, ‘s doing great stuff.
“We’ve got Beyonce coming but you’re bigger than Beyonce.”
As well as having heartfelt chats, the King also had a go himself at American football after being given a crash course by British NFL player Efe Obada and captain of Team GB Women’s Flag Football team and NFL Global Flag Ambassador Phoebe Schecter.
Efe, 32, who plays Defensive End for the Washington Commanders in the NFL, said: “I loved his energy, the fact that he came in here willing to get stuck in.”

He continued: “His technique was immense. I wanted him to get a hoop, in the target, but he was just having a good time.
“We talked about the NFL and he’s a fan. He’s going to watch the games.”
