Christina Haack will come face-to-face with another ex when Ant Anstead appears as a special guest on an upcoming episode of “The Flip Off.”
Haack, who got married to the British TV presenter in December 2018 and announced their separation in September 2020, co-stars with her first ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his wife, “Selling Sunset” star Heather Rae El Moussa, in the new HGTV home-flipping competition.
In 2024, Haack made headlines for agreeing to team up with her third husband, Josh Hall, to go against the El Moussas in a home makeover challenge. But Haack and Hall split during the early days of filming amid tensions evidenced in the series’ Jan. 29 premiere.
Despite her breakup with Hall, Haack forged ahead with “The Flip Off” without him being present — but now, the show is bringing Anstead into the picture.
In a preview of an upcoming episode, which aired at the end of the series’ Feb. 12 episode, Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa are riding in a car while speaking to Haack on the phone. When the couple asks if she’s chosen a guest judge, Haack responds, “My second ex-husband, Anthony Anstead.”
“What?!” a shocked Heather Rae El Moussa responds as her husband groans, “Oh my gosh.”
The preview later shows Anstead, who’s dating Oscar winner Renée Zellweger, critiquing one of the home renovations, saying, “The small details in here are really driving me crazy.”
Anstead next offers tough feedback with Heather Rae El Moussa present.
“At no point in human existence should anybody put wallpaper on the ceilings,” he grumbles.
The preview wraps on a mysterious note that shows Anstead in judge mode, telling to the trio, “I came in thinking this was about the design, the execution. But actually, this isn’t about houses at all.”
“What’s going on right now?” Tarek El Moussa whispers to his wife, as Haack also looks confused.
Haack shares a 5-year-old son, Hudson, with Anstead. She also shares a daughter, Taylor, 14, and son, Brayden, 9, with Tarek El Moussa, who was her co-star on the hit HGTV series “Flip or Flop.”
